LANDLORD BUILDINGS AND CONTENTS

You have a choice of Insurance options including:

• Buildings only cover
• Buildings & Contents combined

Subject to the standard policy conditions, a maximum re-build sum assured of £450,000 is available to cover the cost of returning the building to its' normal condition. A maximum contents sum insured of £75,000 is available if the property is rented out on a furnished basis or a maximum of £10,000 if the property is rented out on an unfurnished basis. Where possible any damaged articles will be replaced as new.

The policy can include:

• Property owner's liability of up to £2 million
• Cover for up to 90 days between each tenancy allowing you time to remarket your property
• Accidental Damage to Buildings
• Loss of rent receivable, because of an insured cause, up to 15% of the buildings sum insured in the event that the property becomes uninhabitable
